Recipe: Nutzy Peanut Butter Mousse – Vegan style

Ingredient: 

Tofu, Nutzy Creamy Smooth Peanut Butter, Brown Sugar, Marshmallows, some roasted chopped peanuts

Instruction

  • Pure 350g of Tofu
  • 1/2 cup of Nutzy Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 tsp of brown sugar in a blender until smooth.
  • Divide amongst glasses, cover with a plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes (or until set).
  • Top with marshmallows, some roasted chopped peanuts and/or some dark chocolate. Basically, go nutzzz with your toppings
